Erie Airport Thru the Fence

There is a potential storm brewing that will effect real estate values in Erie Airpark. The Town of Erie Municipal Government is not allowing any more access permits to be issued to residences. Lack of access will have a substantial de-evaluation effect on all Airpark properties. As of today, the Building Department is not issuing permits to build hangars either. Town officials say they are working on a solution to the issue. Although we haven't seen any documentation of compromise yet between the Town and FAA, we hope it comes fast.
